The Right Crepe Pan For The Job

37535Crepes and non stick cookware seem to be inseparable. Mostly due to the delicate nature of crepes and how easily they can break.

A good crepe pan will always be non stick, but a great crepe pan will feel and look the part. Unlike an open griddle, which may not heat evenly, a great crepe pan offers a limitation on how far that batter can spread.
