I’m a firm believer that the kitchen should be one of the largest rooms in the house. Having lived in a number of apartments in my life, I’m aware of just how confining and difficult it can be to cook. It can also be difficult to store all of the kitchen accessories we’d like.
As the size of our kitchen increases it stands to reason that the number of kitchen accessories would also increase. Feeling at home in the kitchen means that we become accustomed to the tools we have on hand, and when we’re feeling nostalgic, wonder how we ever cooked without them.
