Before during and after a big meal we’re constantly reaching for things without thinking about how handy it was to have on hand. We have a few items in our kitchen that look nice but serve no other purpose. On the other hand we have a few necessary kitchen accessories that quite frankly we’d replace if we had to in a heartbeat.
I may have to get a new roll of paper towels, but I know at a glance when the roll is empty. I can always wipe my hands on my cloths but I’d rather use the apron. I don’t pull hot caseroles out of the oven without protecting my delicate skin and I pull them out on time if I remember to set my timer.
