When we can get away into the country side for a good old fashioned picnic, we can take part of our civilization along without spoiling the event. If we spread out on a hillside with a blanket, or at a table in the park, we can pull out the picnic flatware along with our food for an enjoyable meal.
Maybe a bottle of wine and a fancy desert can accent the meal. The serenity of dining outdoors on a beautiful day is indeed a treat to be remembered.
