Quality Cooking Utensils

31913We know the cooking utensils that give us headaches but we may take for granted those that are immediately chosen again and again without thinking twice. The handles are solid, they don’t trap water in unusual places and they do the job we expect without any surprises.

Special considerations apply for instance to spatulas that are designed for larger jobs as opposed to those we need for tighter spaces. Whatever the application may be, we’re either consciously or subconsciously reaching for our favorites and hoping we find them.
