Zucchini season is upon us once again and I’m finding myself grilling those beauties as fast as they come out of the garden. Books have been written about how many ways to prepare these wonderful vegetables. I’m still partial to pulling out the barbeque tools and grilling them to perfection.
With so many delicious varieties of salad dressings and marinades they never have to come off the barbeque the same way twice. Whether I want them long and lean or thick and crisp, I rely on having the right BBQ tools to accomplish the task.
